Quik Pix Gives Nod to Purchase by Yarc

Quik Pix said Friday that it has agreed to be acquired by Camarillo-based Yarc Systems in a stock deal valued at about $420,000 plus the assumption of debt. Quik Pix, a Buena Park photographic imaging company specializing in work for advertising firms, had revenue last year of about $2 million. Yarc officials said they were interested in Quik Pik’s advertising and Internet capabilities.
