The City Council on Tuesday will consider an urgency ordinance to extend a building moratorium while the city continues to update its General Plan. The moratorium was enacted in June to halt construction of large-scale projects. The General Plan has not been updated since 1974. The council meets at 7 p.m. in chambers, 32400 Paseo Adelanto.
