The City Council today will look at the final plan for the nearly $400,000 El Conejo Park improvement project. The improvements include enlarged playgrounds, regrading of the playground area and irrigation improvements. Other new amenities include a barbecue, a water fountain and additional benches and tables. If approved, the project will go out to bid in July or August, with construction starting sometime in the fall. Officials hope to finish the project before next summer.
