At its meeting tonight, the Planning Commission will consider granting a conditional use permit to establish an art gallery on South Coast Highway. Another request for a conditional use permit for a toy store is expected to be continued to the June 16 meeting. The toy store would be at 332 Forest Ave. The commission meets at 7 p.m. in City Council chambers, 505 Forest Ave. Information: (949) 497-0329.
