Southern California’s water supply will be the focus of discussion at a Chamber of Commerce breakfast this morning. Keith Coolidge, general manager of the Municipal Water District of Orange County, will be the speaker. The breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m. at the Alta Vista Country Club, 777 Alta Vista St. Cost is $10.
