The City Council this week approved a seven-member planning committee for the Burnett/Polygon Town Centre development project. The 253,000-square-foot project, which would be housed on 14 acres on the north side of El Toro Road between Moulton Parkway and Calle Sonora, includes a 140-room hotel, office and retail space, and a restaurant. Members of the planning committee are Leon Mochkatel, Sandra Verrall, Jerry Werner, Jim Fox, Tracy Brown, Jackie Carey and George Ratner.
