Re “Plan to Redevelop Valley Area in Jeopardy” (Nov. 1).
Wake me up when this CRA [Community Redevelopment Agency] nightmare is over. I was happy to see [state Sen. Richard] Alarcon (D-Sylmar) out of the [Los Angeles] City Council so the CRA project in his district would die. Like a bad Hollywood sequel, Councilman [Alex] Padilla has revived the CRA plans for our district. What will it take to kill the CRA beast?
