Are your cooking skills rusty? You might consider learning some new techniques before the holidays by enrolling in a cooking class. Plan to sign up early because attendance is limited and classes fill up weeks in advance. Besides the sampling of commercial courses listed below, community college and city recreation departments are good places to look for cooking classes.
