Boy Scouts from Brea, Placentia and Yorba Linda will pay a visit to the North County Superior Courthouse on Saturday. The boys are hoping to earn the right to wear constitutional merit badges.
Judge Clay Smith will help them get the badges by instructing the boys in the nuances of state and constitutional law. The boys also will take a tour of the courthouse.
