The Cypress Recreation and Parks District is helping residents get a head start on Christmas with the 20th annual Holiday Bazaar Arts and Crafts Fair being held Nov. 20 at the Community Center. More than 50 local vendors will sell a variety of handcrafted items, including wooden toys and airbrushed clothing. Entertainment will be provided by dance and karate clubs. Santa Claus will be on hand, along with a jolly clown who will make balloon animals for kids. Food and snacks will also be available. The fair starts at 8 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. Admission is free of charge.
