Revenue fell to $15.6 million from $17.2 million. The company attributed the sales decline in part to the sale of its Pasadena location.

* Los Angeles-based grocery store operator Smart & Final Inc. reported third-quarter profit from operations of $7.5 million, or 8 cents per share, compared with $13.2 million, or 25 cents, a year ago. Revenue increased 1.7% to $556 million.
