The Road Ahead: New Format, Day for Highway 1

Highway 1 will convert to a weekly stand-alone section on Wednesday, marking both a change in our day of publication and the elimination of the weekly half-page editions that now appear in the Classified section.
The new format--which will make Highway 1 easier to find every week--will continue to offer such reader favorites as Behind the Wheel by Paul Dean; Southern California reporting by John O’Dell; motorcycle coverage by David Colker; and consumer columns by Ralph Vartabedian, Jeanne Wright, Kathleen Doheny, Deanna Sclar and others.
Readers will also find expanded coverage of the burgeoning Southern California used-car market, including tips on buying and selling.
