Roger A. Baker, appointed police chief in September, will be the guest speaker Saturday at the graduation for Fullerton College Police Academy’s basic class. The ceremonies start at 11 a.m. on the campus quad, 321 E. Chapman Ave.
The Basic Academy will graduate 42 students, and awards will be handed out to the top graduates in the areas of report writing, academics, physical training and weaponry.
