Santa Paula 27, Malibu 0--Quarterback Chad Metelak threw for three touchdowns, including two in the fourth quarter, to lead the Cardinals (7-3, 3-1) to a victory at Malibu.
Metelak connected with Xavier Ramirez on a 16-yard pass with 9:37 left in the fourth quarter to build a 13-0 lead.
After Johnny Mata’s interception, Metelak connected with Steve Gangl on a 25-yard pass with 7:40 to play.
Santa Paula intercepted four passes against Malibu (3-6-1, 0-4), including two by Mata in the fourth quarter that set up touchdowns.
