The City Council could change the way city employees earn raises today.
Members will vote on adopting a “pay for performance” salary scale that would reward employees who exceed minimum job standards with raises in pay or lump sums of cash.
The City Council will meet at 7 p.m. at Lake Forest City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive.
