The City Council will conduct a public hearing Tuesday night to determine whether a Beardsley Circle homeowner is creating a public nuisance by attracting flocks of wild ducks to her backyard by feeding them.
Last month, the homeowner, Judy Simons, said she was no longer feeding the ducks, but did feed several other birds in her backyard, including sparrows and doves.
The council will meet at 7:30 p.m. at 17855 Santiago Blvd.
