City Hall will offer a six-week course on beginning guitar lessons Thursdays, Oct. 21 through Dec. 23. Students age 11 and older will learn to read music and play basic chords for folk songs, and bar chords for pop songs. The class will meet from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m. at City Hall, 25201 Paseo de Alicia, Laguna Hills. The cost is $56 plus a $3 materials fee. Information: (949) 707-2600.
