Vista Controls Acquired by Massachusetts Firm

Vista Controls Corp., Santa Clarita, has been purchased by Lau Defense Systems LLC, Middleton, Mass., for an undisclosed sum, the company said.

Vista specializes in application-specific military systems, combining standard off-the-shelf solutions with point-designed or modified products.

Lau Defense Systems is a full-service defense electronics firm that designs and manufactures electronic control and power management systems and develops software and other peripherals.
