The Planning Commission will consider a request Wednesday by T.G.I. Friday’s restaurant to put up a 6-foot-high sign and add a blue, neon border to the building. The commission in July approved the design for the restaurant under construction at 23040 Eastpark Drive. The project is nearly complete and will be the newest restaurant at the Savi Ranch Retail Center. Planning department staffers have recommended that the sign and neon border be approved. The commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. in council chambers at City Hall, 4845 Casa Loma Ave. Information: (714) 961-7130.
