More than 3,400 households have joined the Serrano Creek Conservancy following the Lake II Homeowners Assn.’s recent decision to support the group. The conservancy, dedicated to repairing damage caused to Serrano Creek by a decade of heavy floods, now represents about 19,000 people who live near the creek.
