Village Christian 33, Maranatha 14--Jason Stauffer had 177 yards and three touchdowns in 12 carries in a nonleague game at San Marino High.
Stauffer scored on runs of 18, 67 and 53 yards.
Neil Gunn completed eight of 15 passes for 150 yards and a touchdown for Village Christian (2-4).
Derek Wilde caught four passes for 64 yards.
Maranatha’s Matt Mills completed 14 of 40 passes for 330 yards and two touchdowns with two interceptions.
