L.A. Priorities

For the first time in several years I had to drive north on Figueroa and I came upon the giant spaceship that had landed there named the Staples Center. My drive continued to Temple and Grand and the garage for the yet-to-be-built Disney Hall. Some things get done and others wait in Los Angeles.
In San Francisco they first built Davies Hall (symphony hall) and are now completing their baseball stadium. Some things get done and others wait in San Francisco.
It is a matter of “priorities.”
