High school students interested in filling a vacancy on the Fine Arts and Cultural Affairs Commission must contact the city clerk for applications before Nov. 1.
The commission consists of seven members, including one high school student, and meets at 7 p.m. the third Wednesday of each month in council chambers.
Members are appointed by the mayor with the approval of the City Council, which will interview candidates and fill the spot by Nov. 8. Members must be residents of the city to apply for the one-year term, which ends June 30.
