Bergen Brunswig Buys Orange Headquarters

Drug wholesaler Bergen Brunswig Corp. has purchased its headquarters building in Orange from Burnham Pacific Properties Inc. for $19.3 million, the San Diego-based real estate investment trust said Friday. Bergen Brunswig is the primary tenant in the 175,000-square-foot office building, and was the occupant when Burnham purchased it in 1992.
