The Cypress School District Board of Trustees decided this week to pursue taking the Woodland Hills-based Center for Autism and Related Disorders to Small-Claims Court for an alleged $2,834 overcharge, Supt. Bill Eller said.
CARD, which contracts their services to several school districts in Los Angeles and Orange counties, had a six-month service period with Cypress School District, Eller said, and services have been terminated as of now.
CARD representatives declined to comment.
