Processing Source International, Canoga Park, has been acquired by Accesspoint, Irvine, for an undisclosed sum. PSI becomes a wholly owned subsidiary, the company said.
Accesspoint manufactures Internet-based electronic commerce solutions. PSI is a merchant bank-card processing company with approximately 40% of its business in Internet transactions.
