* James Quandt, a managing director of Los Angeles-based executive search firm Korn/Ferry International, has been named chief operating officer of Futurestep, Korn/Ferry’s Internet subsidiary.
* Ronald Pearson has joined the law firm Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May as a partner and will work in its Century City office in the trusts and estate practice group. Pearson was a partner at Mahoney, Coppenrath, Jaffe & Pearson.
* David Lusk has joined the professional services firm Deloitte & Touche as a principal in its integrated health group, where he will serve as West Region leader, based in Los Angeles.
