Re “L.A. Bishop, Priest Quit National Gay Ministry Group,” Aug. 31: What hypocrisy! The Catholic Church holds that homosexual orientation is “objectively disordered” and that homosexual acts are “intrinsically evil.” Yet it claims to condemn “bigotry in any form” as well as “violent malice in speech or in action.” I wonder what portion of all that jargon gay-bashers listen to.
