Malibu 46, Campbell Hall 20--Bennie Townsend rushed for 173 yards and a touchdown for the Sharks (2-1) in a nonleague victory at Birmingham High.
Townsend hooked up with wide receiver Nick Nordgreen on a 33-yard halfback option pass for a touchdown in the second quarter.
Campbell Hall (1-2), which never led, was hurt by five turnovers.
Sophomore Matt Kaplan completed six of 12 passes for 96 yards and two touchdowns but had two passes intercepted and lost two fumbles.
Running back Michael Womack had 75 yards in 12 carries and Derick Williams had four catches for 71 yards and a touchdown for the Vikings.
