The Brea Planning Commission will consider a request Tuesday to build a gas station and drive-through carwash at the southeast corner of Brea and State College boulevards. Commissioners also will vote on a renovation planned for a gas station at 718 S. Brea Blvd.
Seven contiguous lots at the southwest corner of Central Avenue and Brea Boulevard also could be slated for apartments or condominiums. The commission is scheduled to vote on a zone change from commercial to multifamily residential development.
The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the Civic Cultural Center, 1 Civic Center Circle.
