* Dell Computer Corp. and IBM Corp. said they have agreed to a new $6-billion deal in which IBM will become a key supplier of computer services to Dell corporate customers. The seven-year pact expands on an earlier deal under which IBM sells key technology components to Dell. Additional terms were not disclosed.
