Pan Pacific Retail Buys Santa Clarita Property

Canyon Square Plaza, a grocery and drug store-anchored shopping center in Santa Clarita, has been purchased by Pan Pacific Retail Properties Inc., San Diego, along with a similar property in Rancho Las Palmas for a total of $31.6 million.
The 104,200-square-foot Santa Clarita property is at Sierra Highway and Soledad Canyon Road.
Pan Pacific Retail Properties is an equity real estate investment trust that acquires, renovates, develops and manages shopping centers in the Western United States.
