The city hired a contractor for the Katella Avenue street rehabilitation and reconstruction project, and work is expected to begin in May.
A $388,587 bid submitted by Sully-Miller Contracting Co. was the lowest, according to city staff. Street improvement will occur along Katella Avenue between Lexington Drive and Siboney Street.
