School-age children and their parents can receive free immunizations at the Los Alamitos Unified School District office on Aug. 18 from 1 to 4 p.m. District residents can also receive health screenings and information on children’s nutrition. Parents should bring immunization records. The district office is at 10293 Bloomfield St. Information: (562) 598-9790.
