Kozmo.com in Talks to Buy Rival

Kozmo.com Inc., the largest quick-delivery service for snacks, videos and other items ordered via the Internet, is in talks to buy closely held rival Urbanfetch.com Inc., Thestandard.com reported. Kozmo.com declined to comment. Urbanfetch.com didn’t return calls, the Web site said.
