The Newport Beach medical products company said it lost $674,713, or 15 cents a share, for the second quarter ended Nov. 30, compared with a net loss of $6,140 a year ago. Sales declined 9% to $2 million. The company attributed the latest second-quarter loss to start-up expenses for its ReadyScript automated prescription-writing system.
