The Recreation Center and the community-based organization Youth 20/20 will present a free Kids for Character Night from 6:30 to 7:30 tonight at the La Palma Library, 7842 Walker St.
Kindergartners through third-graders will watch cartoons and listen to stories that help illustrate one of 12 character-development words developed by project BEST (Building Ethical Standards Today). Information: (714) 690-3353.
