Cuban Boy

In comparing hypothetical illegal Mexican and Cuban boys in his Dec. 28 column, Agustin Gurza perhaps correctly claims that the U.S. wants to return the Mexican and keep the Cuban. He fails, however, to mention that Cuba wants the Cuban boy back. Mexico, on the other hand, does not want any illegal immigrants to return. Mexico in fact lobbies for greater services for illegal immigrants in the U.S. so they don’t return to Mexico.
