* “Congressional Leaders Put Off Session,” Nov. 14: Like Congress, I plan to take three weeks’ leave from my job. As Linda Ricci, spokeswoman for the White House budget office, puts it, “Congress was so preoccupied with outside matters that the prospect of getting any real work done this week was slim.” I, too, find it hard to concentrate. I’m sure my boss will understand.
