Hawker Pacific Aerospace Gets Nasdaq Delisting Alert

Hawker Pacific Aerospace of Sun Valley has been notified by Nasdaq that its securities are subject to delisting from the Nasdaq National Market because the company has not filed its quarterly report on time.
The company said it was necessary to delay filing because it was in transition between accounting firms. Deloitte & Touche LLP has been retained and will complete the independent review shortly.
The company provides landing gear maintenance services for major commercial airlines and domestic government agencies.
