The City Council tonight will consider allocating an additional $16,570 to the current $51,950 La Palma Days budget and street closures for the annual event Nov. 11.
The added cost is due to attractions that have been added to the event. Also tonight, the council will consider installing a three-way stop sign at Rampart Lane and Bransford Drive; the best use of a donated 17-passenger van for senior use; and how the city should handle complaints about skunks. The council will meet at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 7822 Walker St.
