State’s Power Shortage

* Thank you! It was recently announced that the power rates in eastern Washington will not be rising because of your state’s lack of management. We sold enough power during the summer to the people of California so that we actually have a decrease in our prices.
Why don’t you people just build a few new power plants? They don’t cost much to build, and they save time and money.
