The Parks and Recreation Commission will meet Wednesday to discuss the final Open Space and Trail Network Master Plan for the city. The project, which started at the beginning of the year, is aimed at fixing the community’s extensive but broken pedestrian, biking and horse trails.
Committee members hosted community workshops and toured the trail system throughout the year. The City Council approved the $70,000 project last year to update the city’s maps of open spaces and sensitive habitats, and to expand and integrate its trail system. The committee will meet at 7 p.m. in the council chamber, 25201 Paseo de Alicia, Suite 150. Information: (949) 707-2600.
