KERMAN--The Harvest Festival in this Central Valley community, Sept. 14-17, includes carnival rides, exhibit booths, a baking contest, nightly dances and entertainment. SAN BERNARDINO--Celebrate the historic cross-country roadway Sept. 14-17 at the Route 66 Rendezvous.
