The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Wednesday to discuss a proposal for an Outback restaurant and a future drive-through restaurant at Beach Boulevard and El Capitan Way.
The 6,000-square-foot Outback restaurant will include a dining patio. The hearing will take place at 7 p.m. in the City Council chambers, 6650 Beach Blvd.
