The City Council will hold a public hearing tonight to consider the construction of a 5,320-square-foot religious assembly building at the Garden Grove Korean Seventh Day Adventist Church. Plans, approved last month by the Planning Commission, allow a reduced number of parking spaces and give a four-year deadline for construction.
