Cerplex Agrees to Sell U.K.-Based Operation

Cerplex Group Inc. said Wednesday that its wholly owned subsidiary, Cerplex Inc., has agreed to sell its U.K.-based repair and parts business to a joint venture owned by Teleplan Holding Europe B.V. and A Novo S.A.
The Irvine firm’s plan to sell its Enfield, England, repair center and spare parts procurement operations is subject to approval from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware.
