Suit Against SafeGuard Health Dismissed

Dental plan provider SafeGuard Health Enterprises Inc. said Wednesday that a federal judge has dismissed a stockholder lawsuit filed against the company in December after it announced that it would restate its financial results for a nearly three-year period.
The Aliso Viejo company said in a press release that the shareholders have 30 days to appeal the decision by a U.S. District Court judge.
Its shares lost 22 cents Wednesday to close at 66 cents in over-the-counter trading.
