Police officers are monitoring traffic along Ocean Hill Drive, where the city recently installed three stop signs.
Residents had complained to the City Council about speeding drivers on Ocean Hill Drive, the only outlet to Stonehill Drive from the surrounding eight streets.
Despite staff recommendations after an August 1999 neighborhood workshop, the council decided to install stop signs instead of three speed bumps along Ocean Hill between Sea Lion and Stonehill drives.
