* Donald Graham, chairman of the Washington Post Co., appointed Boisfeuillet Jones Jr. publisher of the company’s flagship paper. Jones has been running the day-to-day operations of the paper since January when Graham appointed him associate publisher. Jones also will hold the title of chief executive of the newspaper.
